Do you find it difficult to be the center of attention? Would you like to make your story more compelling and speak to a group with confidence? In this two-days basic training, you’ll learn how to engage your audience in a way that feels right for you.

You know exactly which speakers hold your attention and which ones you find boring. It’s much harder to put that awareness into practice when you’re standing in front of a group. That’s why this basic training takes place in a group. By taking turns being the audience and taking stage yourself, you’ll immediately see and feel what works.

During the training, you’ll work on a presentation about a topic of your choice. It can be a fictional topic, but it’s more effective to work on a presentation you’ll actually be giving. You bring the content; together, we’ll make sure you know exactly what to do to make an impact

What you’ll learn during the training

We won’t spend hours talking about public speaking or putting together a slideshow. You’ll get up on stage right away. You’ll learn by observing, experimenting and learning from mistakes – all in a safe environment. We’ll work on:

  • Breathing and voice
How can you speak in a relaxed tone and rhythm? What role does articulation play? Why are pauses important?
  • Body language
How to use your posture effectively on stage.
  • Storytelling
How to use imagination and structure your story effectively.
  • Connection
How to build a genuine connection with your audience – and why it matters.
  • Effective preparation
Understand your audience’s needs, decide what you want them to remember, and learn how to make that happen.

Although this is a group training, I’ll work with you individually on your specific strengths, personality, and background. No one-size-fits-all approach or learned tricks—just the development of your own unique, personal style.

Who is this training for?

The basic training is designed for professionals, creatives, leaders, and experts who want to speak to a group with greater impact and confidence. Whether you feel nervous when all eyes are on you or you’re an experienced speaker looking for more impact, inspiration, and authenticity, the training is tailored to your level and background.

Do I need to bring a presention to the training?

Yes. You’ll work on your own presentation during the training. It can be about a fictional topic or a presentation you’ve given before,but you’ll get the most out of the training if you bring one you’ll be giving soon. You bring the content and any slides; together, we’ll make sure the structure and delivery have maximum impact.

I have a fear of public speaking. is this training right for me?

Absolutely. The training takes place in a small, supportive setting where everyone shares a similar goal.Instead of focusing on what you’re doing “wrong,” we focus on what works for you. By trying things out andgaining experience in a safe environment, you can quickly replace tension with control and confidence.

How big is the group?

I deliberately keep the group small, with a maximum of six participants. This ensures there’s plenty of time and personal attention for your specific learning goals—and that you get enough time on stage to notice a real difference.

How is this training different from a “traditional”
presentation skills course?

While many courses get stuck in theory, tricks, or checklists of things you “shouldn’t” do, I use proven techniques from the theater. We focus on physical presence, voice, and connecting with your audience. The training builds on your own strengths, helping you persuade others by being yourself.
