Every organisation has its own dynamics, jargon and challenges. Your employees might need to turn complex data into a clear story, pitch a strategy or build greater support internally. Presenting with confidence and authenticity can make an immediate difference.
During the training, you’ll work on current challenges from your day-to-day work. That way, you get two things done at once: you sharpen your skills and work on a presentation you’ll soon be delivering for real.
What you’ll learn during the training
We skip the theoretical models and text-heavy slides. Instead, we get straight to practical work. In a supportive setting, we’ll focus on:

Although this is a group training, I’ll work with you individually on your specific strengths, personality and background. No one-size-fits-all approach or learned tricks—just the development of your own unique, personal style.

Who is this training for?
This training is ideal for teams, departments or organisations looking to strengthen their internal or external communication. Your role, background or field doesn’t matter. You might be a team of science and technology experts who need to explain complex topics, a sales team preparing for pitches, or project managers guiding employees through a major change. The training is for anyone who wants to turn nerves into confidence and learn to speak clearly and authentically.
Will we work with our own materials during the training?
Yes—that’s the idea. Bring along current projects, pitches or presentations. This makes the training fully relevant and ensures you can apply what you learn straight away in your day-to-day work.
Where does the training take place?
At your workplace. No need to worry about travel time or booking an external training room—although that’s also an option if you prefer.
What is the maximum number of participants?
To make sure everyone gets plenty of practice, individual attention and the chance to learn from feedback, I recommend a group size of six participants. However, we can adapt this to suit your preferences.
Can the training be tailored to our needs?
